Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original tags must be attached — no exceptions.

Store Credit & Exchanges Only

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit or processed as an exchange.

  • Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift card.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
